These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Interviewspire app and website (the “Service”), operated by [Legal Entity Name]. Interviewspire is a practice and coaching tool. It simulates interviews and generates feedback and scores using AI. It is not a recruiter, employer, or guarantee of any outcome. Scores, feedback, and recommendations are for practice purposes only and do not predict or promise real interview or hiring results.
When using the Service, you agree not to:
Your interview answers, transcripts, and messages are your content. You retain ownership of it. You grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to run the conversation, score your performance, and save your history — as described in our Privacy Policy.
Questions, follow-ups, feedback, and scores are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not perfectly suited to your situation. Use your own judgment, and don’t rely on AI-generated content as professional, legal, or career advice.
The Service — including its software, design, interviewer personas, text, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks or content except the limited right to use the Service as intended.
Some features may be offered free and others as paid plans. Where fees apply, pricing and billing terms will be presented to you before purchase. Any changes to paid features will be communicated in advance.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. We may also update these Terms; when changes are material, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interviewspire and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm others or us. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property and liability) will continue to apply.
