We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your interview transcripts to train third-party AI models for advertising.
To generate conversation and scoring, we send the necessary interview text to trusted AI and infrastructure providers who process it on our behalf:

These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only to deliver their service to us. Providers may process data outside your country; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We keep your account and interview history for as long as your account is active, so your progress is available to you. You can delete individual sessions or your entire account at any time; when you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@interviewspire.com and we’ll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable hosting infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information and to notify you and the relevant authorities if a breach ever legally requires it.
Interviewspire is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
